Keep a good thought for my kid, will ya?

He’s getting a little despondent about his job situation and trying to find a place to stay. He knows he has a plan, but life is getting in the way for him and I don’t want him to fall back into his old habits with the same  friends. It’s so hard to just trust and let go. Worry breeds worry and trouble, so I’m breathing through this…willing myself to NOT worry.
It’s so important for him to understand that he’s got all of the tools to achieve his goals. After speaking with him, I’m not completely certain that he’s aware. He still seems like he’s a foal just getting his legs under him.  Pray for me to maintain my sanity, my faith and my humor. It’s all groovy. He’s fine. I’m fine.

Sweet mother…oy vey…Send the positive vibes NOW!
heh. That was kinda hippie dippie and Jewish all at once.

Hmm. Moses and I will have to break bread while listening to Zappa.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed for him. I think he will find his path. It’s just a matter of time. Keep your chin up..

    Love ya

Poor kid. This has just got to be a confusing time for him. He KNOWS he needs to take a brand new path, but you know what you know and all that.

    Prayers and stuff…..

Thanks guys! Here’s something kinda cool…I found this sleep study for him to participate in and if his parole people let him go to Boston for it, he has the potential to earn nearly 7 grand after 47 days in the facility.
It’s my feeling that after that much time away from the influences and a great payoff he’ll just run with it. Get a place to live, get a job without the pressure of empty pockets and desperation, ya know?

SO add this to your prayers: Kindly parole people AND that he qualifies for the study.

He didn’t qualify for the study, but he’s still got high hopes for the future.
    Keep on keepin’ on, gang!

Sassafrass…you DO need more of it.
