It's got a tenderness that's sorta like scallops. I adore it. Yummy stuff. I know it's hard for Wild Child now. I really feel for her. I'm gonna call ya tomorrow definitely (after seven) because I owe you a call AND I miss talking to ya. That dinner last night really took a bite outta my 'budget', but it was something that I was looking forward to for a while. You scrimp and you save and you go out to dinner. Do I have anything tangible to show for it? Nope, but I love going out with Claude. We're such good friends and I love him to bits. Gotta find a good woman for him. Tell the hubby that I miss him too. And kiss Wild Child for me. Often. I'm gonna send your package next week, I think. OH! I got yours. But I do have to ask a question. What is Skate? I have never heard of it. I have never been to a restaurant were reservations had to be made. I think hubby has some catching up to do..LOL.
